meditAtioN

when traditional practitioners of the ancient religion of zen Buddhism want to achieve more spiritual inspiration they turn to a technique and we are used to called it meditation.

this is a process of refocusing attention that brings the concentration to the point..........although there is an exotic sounds to it it has has a greater effect in our inner mind......not to mention we have two minds............... one is concious and the other one is sun-conscious mind....................meditation helps us to provide energy to push our inner mind.

the effect of meditation is sometimes very strange this is not only exciting but also very interesting to watch................. one very low profile man can pull up himself through this process. this is why it is using all over the world.............

the specific meditation technique which was used in the ancient time-- involves repeating a mantra - a sound or word over and over....... in other forms of meditation - the focus is on a picture, flame or a specific person.... yea.......i am talking about a living person......the main thing of doing this that is the key thing of this procedure is to concentrating on it so deeply that the person who is meditating becomes unaware of any out side stimulation and reaches a different state of consciousness...................

it causes various physical changes of human body.............. such as.. oxygen usage declines, heart rate and blood pressure also decreases and also brain wave pattern may changes.

thats why meditation help us to cool down........ drive away the fears or make us more consistent about our work............but over dose of meditation may cause the brain wash .or short term trauma........ so this should be used very carefully.
